Super Luxury Flat Desing w/ Sea Marina & Pool View

Disappointing, very noisy road Positive: The property was very clean and a good location for the marina. The host was very quick on any questions we had. The apartment had everything you need. Negative: As per previous feedback we were on the side of the noisy road and it felt like I was at the Grand Prix at Abu Dhabi on a 24 hour race. The doors offered no sound proofing. Shower door didn’t close properly causing flooding in en-suite. The reception staff were very unhelpful and were not even prepared to allow us to leave luggage for 2 hours until our flight.

Noisy and not insulated window/patio Positive: Location, cleanliness and facilities are good. Pool and sunbathing area is good. 2 hours of sun due to layout of buildings etc. Negative: Unfortunately, if you're unlucky enough to have a room closest to the motorway side of the block, then you're in for sleepless nights. The windows and patio doors are not insulated. Bring ear plugs!

Хозяин квартиры старался как то исправить ситуацию с диваном, предложил надувной матрас но мы отказались. Хотели съехат Positive: Локация, бассейн, спортзал, парковка Negative: Квартира не соответствует для проживания 3 взрослых человек, диван кровать подходит только для малышей очень маленький размер. Мебель вся старая рассыпается. Сильный запах канализации невозможно находится в спальне с закрытыми окнами. Канализация забита вода не уходит совсем. Самое главное это шум. Нет абсолютно ни какой шумо изоляции, круглые сутки слышишь шум дороги и завода так как окна выходят на завод и на дорогу.

Positive: Très bon emplacement avec place de parking appréciable à Dubaï. Appartement moderne Negative: Attention, il est spécifié que l'appartement peut recevoir 4 personnes. Ce n'est pas le cas pour 4 adultes. Le canapé convertible est minuscule et il est impossible pour une personne de plus de 1m40 de s'y allonger.
