Positive: La ubicacion era excepcional,el apartamento para cuatro personas era perfecto. Muy cómodo el supermecado abajo en el mismo edificio. La piscina y la pista de tenis ubicadas en la azotea eran fantásticas. Pero lo mejor fue el chico que nos recibió y nos ayudó en toda nuestra estancia, se llama Rubiel. Nunca hemos tenido un anfitrión igual,era para ponerle 10 estrellas. Negative: El baño necesita ser renovado y poner una ducha,es mi opinión personal.

Positive: Прекрасное местоположение, вид с балкона на Дубай-Марину и набережную. На крыше комплекса бассейн. Продуктовые магазины в шаговой доступности. До метро минут 15 пешком. До пляжа минут JBR минут 15 пешком. Negative: Спать на раскладном диване не комфортно. Свет лампочек синюшнего цвета на любителя.

Positive: Close location to Marina Negative: Everything was bad, it was not clean, cocroacheas everywhere, just one power plug in the whole room, bad internet connection, balcony doors jammed so we heard the trafic at night during whole our stay so we did not sleep at all, no heardryer, etc

Good location, outdated apartment not well maintained Positive: Nice view and nice location Negative: Very outdated apartment, bathroom needs to be renovated. Even saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff was nice and responsive, parking card was not in the apartment but got delivered fast. Also no hairdryer but also got delivered within minutes
